FSWA Hall of Fame Entry Form

The FSWA Hall of Fame was established to recognize those fantasy sports publishers, editors and writers who have made a lasting contribution to the industry, whether through their distinguished body of work, through innovative editorial creations, or by helping to advance the careers of others.

Each summer, a new class will be inducted. A committee of 20 FSWA members, including a chairman selected by the FSWA president, will evaluate all of the applications of eligible members. After an initial vote produces a list of semifinalists, a second vote will help select that year’s class of inductees. To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of service in the fantasy editorial field, and must complete the online nomination form below.
